- 72% of consumers name price as the leading factor in their shopping decisions – but over 1/3 of consumers include return policies and customer service as top factors in their shopping choices.
- More than 2/3 of shoppers say they are likely to never return to a retailer if they have a bad return or exchange experience.
- Consumers list shipping costs and difficult return policies as their top pet peeves when shopping online.
- 90% of consumers are more likely to shop at retailers that offer money back on items that drop in price.
