In previous roles Carolyn also executed searches as a member of the global technology practice at Spencer Stuart, worked for Korn/Ferry International in the Australia and U.S. markets, and at Heidrick & Struggles in Australia, Japan, and the U.S., focusing on technology leadership roles.
