Party City Proudly Supports Keeping Babies Safe With Nationwide Donation Drive This Holiday Season

ROCKAWAY, N.J., Nov. 15, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- America's largest specialty party retailer, Party City, proudly announces its new support for Keeping Babies Safe (KBS), a non-profit organization that educates and informs parents on how to keep babies safe from preventable injuries associated with unsafe cribs and sleep environments. Beginning November 15, Party City launches a nationwide, in-store campaign through December 31 to raise donations for Keeping Babies Safe sleepy safety educational initiatives. In the past two years 11 million cribs have been recalled for safety reasons, and cribs continue to be the leading cause of death and injury among all nursery products. Together, Party City and KBS want to provide all new parents with critical safety information that can help keep children safe.  Party City customers can support the cause through dollar donations, which will be collected at point of purchase, at its more than 600 retail stores across the country.
