PASSUR Aerospace Appoints Katharine Cargol as New Chairman; G.S. Beckwith Gilbert To Assume Chairman Emeritus Role

Beckwith Gilbert has retired as Chairman of the Board, effective June 3, 2025. The Board has unanimously elected Katharine Gilbert Cargol, a seasoned intelligence and technology executive, to succeed him as Chairman. Gilbert will continue to support the company in the role of Chairman Emeritus.

She previously spent 17 years at the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), where she led multidisciplinary teams focused on operations, analysis, and emerging technologies. Prior to her CIA service, she worked in mergers and acquisitions at Lazard LLC. She holds an A.B. from Princeton University.
