CHICAGO, Feb. 16, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Patti joins Quick Leonard Kieffer with over twenty years' experience, focused on general management, commercial and operations leadership for the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device and consumer health and wellness sectors. She has placed senior leaders into public organizations and has helped build executive talent for investor-backed startups and portfolio companies. Patti has conducted over 150 executive searches across the healthcare continuum providing clients senior leaders who add sustainable value to client management teams and has established and maintains relationships with sector and thought leaders.

Among the client groups Patti worked with are Merck, Abbott, GE Healthcare, Medtronic, Walgreen's, Pfizer, Daiichi Sankyo and numerous privately held and private-equity-backed organizations.
Patti began her search career in Atlanta, and after relocating to Chicago, she joined a division of Korn/Ferry International conducting senior searches for both global and mid-market life sciences and consumer clients. She served on the global review committee for a national rollout of a new company-wide, multi-city program. Patti earned her bachelor's degree from Ashland University, is a member of the Healthcare Business Women's Association and Women Business Leaders.
