Patriot Rail Company Restructures Commercial Sales Team

JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Feb. 7, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Patriot Rail Company LLC (Patriot Rail), a premier short line railroad and rail services company based in the U.S., announced today promotions in two key positions and a strategic addition to their commercial sales team.

Justin Broyles, former Vice President of Sales, has been named Chief Commercial Officer.  Broyles brings over 16 years' experience in the rail transportation and services industry specializing in the creation and implementation of innovative sales and marketing strategies, customer relationship management, and effective sales training.

Prior to arriving at Patriot Rail, Broyles held a number of business development positions at R. J. Corman Railroad Group including Assistant Vice President, Sales and Marketing in which he successfully led the strategic sales efforts for all R. J. Corman companies. In his most recent position as Vice President, Sales at Patriot Rail, he successfully led the commercial efforts of both the transportation and service divisions of the company.

Alín Campián, former Assistant Vice President of Pricing and Yield Management, has been named Vice President, Commercial Strategy.  Before joining Patriot Rail, Campian held progressively responsible roles related to finance at CSX Transportation and Florida East Coast Railway.  Serving as Assistant Vice President, Yield Management at Patriot Rail since 2015, he spearheaded the effort to professionalize and standardize all pricing and yield management efforts for the company and its 18 affiliates.  In his new role as Vice President, Commercial Strategy, Campián will lead all activities related to market research, strategic planning, business development and yield management for both the transportation and service divisions.

In addition to these key promotions, Patriot Rail announced that Robert "Bob" Turnauckas will join the company's commercial sales team as Director, Sales and Marketing.  Having most recently served six years as Chief Marketing Officer for Southern California Regional Rail Authority (Metrolink), Turnauckas brings nearly 40 years of proven success growing companies' existing clientele while developing new, complimentary lines of business.
