Paul Carl Joins HORAN

Paul works with corporations and individuals to deliver investment and retirement planning. In addition, he monitors investments, fees and providers for employer clients sponsoring retirement plans.

Paul has been a retirement services industry professional for over 25 years. The knowledge and expertise he gained as a Senior Investigator at the Department of Labor facilitates his ability to deliver consultative insights for prospective and current clients on regulatory compliance.  Paul has extensive experience and competency in fiduciary matters, regulatory compliance, risk identification and resolution, investments and employee education.

He was previously employed at a leading regional bank as the Vice President of Client Services – Retirement Plan Services. Prior to this position he was an Institutional Trust Manager for a large financial institution, and brought extensive retirement plan sales and service experience to this organization.

Paul holds Dual Bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Computer Science from Thomas More College. He is from the Northern Kentucky area and is an active member of the community. Currently, Paul serves as a Holy Cross High School Board Member, a member of the Planned Giving Committee at Thomas More College and a member of the St. Elizabeth Healthcare Systems Foundation Planned Giving Committee.
