CHICAGO, April 16, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Greeley and Hansen, a multidisciplinary global engineering firm solely dedicated to serving the needs of the water sector, has announced the promotion of Paul J. Vogel to President. He will also continue to serve as an elected member of the Greeley and Hansen Board of Directors and as a member of the firm's Executive Management Team.
Over the course of his 35 years with Greeley and Hansen, Vogel has directed many large water infrastructure projects and long-range water management programs for major cities and municipal utilities. He has also overseen the firm's engineering operations across the country, as well as its centralized Technical Services and Innovation Center.
A recognized thought leader on urban water infrastructure management, Vogel has specific expertise in the areas of sustainability and the blending of green-gray infrastructure; climate change considerations impacting water resources in urban centers; and the principles and practices of the water industry's Utility of the Future and One Water approach.

Vogel is a registered professional engineer and holds an M.S. degree in civil engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a B.S. in civil engineering from Wayne State University. He is also an active member of several professional and industry organizations, including the National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA), Water Environment Federation, American Water Works Association, and the American Public Works Association.
