DURHAM, N.C., Dec. 1, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Paul Sullivan, Operations Manager for Gilbane Building Company, made the esteemed Class of 2016 list as ENR Southeast announced the winners of its sixth annual Top 20 Under 40 competition. Sullivan, who began his career in the construction industry more than 16 years ago, has worked on a range of projects such as the award-winning U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs in Greenville, and other major clients throughout the state including Duke University, BB&T, Wake County Public Schools and Guilford County Schools.

Sullivan, a LEED AP is licensed to work in four states and has been serving Gilbane in their Durham, North Carolina office for the past six years. He moved to North Carolina to help start up the new office which started with only two members and now boasts more than 40 local workers. Throughout his career he has completed more that than 2,000,000 square feet of new construction and renovation projects.

Other organizations include Leadership Raleigh 25; April's Angels, a small non-profit that provides fantasy rooms/experiences for handicapped children; and Rebuilding Together of the Triangle.
