Throughout his career, he has led large, complex field organizations across North America and Europe, driving both organic and inorganic growth, enhancing performance, and developing high-performing teams. In senior leadership roles at Carrier and Otis, he earned a reputation for scaling businesses, fostering strong cultures through employee engagement and development, and delivering world-class safety, operational excellence, and customer outcomes.
Oliveri led the creation of Pavion into a market-leading brand and drove the significant growth that followed. Under his leadership, Pavion scaled to more than 70 branches, completed and integrated 24 strategic acquisitions, broadened its service portfolio, and established the operating foundation to support continued organic and acquisitive growth.
