Peach State Health Plan Releases 2025 Community Impact Report

ATLANTA, Oct. 20, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Peach State Health Plan, a care management organization serving Georgians, has released the 2025 Community Impact Report, Removing Barriers to Better Health, highlighting continued efforts to improve health outcomes and build stronger communities.

The report reflects Peach State Health Plan's community-focused approach, shaped by local insights, investments and partnerships across Georgia. "Improving health takes more than access to medical care. It requires understanding the challenges people face and working together to create meaningful solutions," said Clyde White, President and CEO of Peach State Health Plan. "Throughout the year, our teams worked alongside community organizations and providers to expand access to care, address our members' needs, and support healthier outcomes across our state."

Highlights from the 2025 Community Impact Report include:

• Expanding access to care: A $1.1 million investment from Peach State Health Plan and the Centene Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Centene Corporation, helped establish or expand services at 17 school-based health centers across Georgia – an effort featured in The Power of Partnership video, which shows how collaboration is bringing healthcare closer to students and families.
  
  
• Supporting healthier moms and babies: Connecting eligible members with additional support through enhanced benefits, including breast pumps, car seats, healthy food assistance and essential baby supplies.
  
  
• Investing in Georgia's future: Providing $119,000 in scholarships and educational support to help 74 students pursue their academic goals.
  
  
• Strengthening preventive health education: Partnering with the Georgia Healthy Family Alliance to support tobacco and vaping prevention education reaching more than 150,000 students.

These efforts are a snapshot of the report's featured initiatives, including work to address food insecurity, expand vision care, support chronic condition management and connect families with community resources.
