BOYNTON BEACH, Fla., Sept. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Miami-based Integra Solutions in partnership with Boca Raton-based The Altman Companies has announced the purchase of Peninsula, a 70-unit luxury residential community located at 2660-2700 North Federal Highway in Boynton Beach.
Though terms were not disclosed, the Peninsula acquisition represents one of the larger bulk apartment sales in Florida during the last five years. The immediate plan is to operate the property as a boutique luxury rental community, which will be comprised of a five-story building (40 residences) and a mix of 30 two- and three-story luxury townhomes with two-car garages. Amenities include gated-security, heated pool and spa, private clubhouse and Intracoastal Waterway marina access.
The acquisition, which according to the partnership was fast-tracked taking just 37 days from introduction to closing, hopefully will set the stage for further property investments in the region.
Integra Solutions is a real estate consulting boutique that caters to high net worth individuals and families primarily in Brazil, who are interested in acquiring real estate assets in the U.S.
