Dividend Increases 4.8% to $1.32 Per Share - the 19^th Consecutive Quarterly Increase

BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich., July 23, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Penske Automotive Group, Inc. (NYSE: PAG), a diversified international transportation services company and one of the world's premier automotive and commercial truck retailers, today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly dividend of $1.32 per share, representing an increase of 4.8%, or $0.06 per share.  This represents the Company's 19^th consecutive quarterly increase. The dividend is payable September 3, 2025, to shareholders of record as of August 15, 2025.

Commenting on the dividend, Penske Automotive Group President Robert H. Kurnick, Jr., said, "We are pleased to provide shareholders with another increase in the quarterly dividend, reflecting the continued strength of our balance sheet and strong cash flow."
