Penton Recruits Linda Reinhard to Head Sales and Marketing of the Electrical Systems, Energy & Mechanical Systems Group

NEW YORK, April 2, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Penton, a leading professional information services company, today announced that Linda Reinhard has joined Penton as Vice President and Market Leader for the Electrical Systems, Energy & Mechanical Systems Group. She will be based out of Penton's Chicago office and will report directly to Bob MacArthur, Senior Vice President of Penton's Industry Group.

In this role, Reinhard will oversee all sales and marketing for the group's 13 properties, including: EC&M, EC&M University, Electrical Wholesaling, Electrical Marketing Newsletter, Contracting Business, Contractor Magazine, Heating, Piping & Air Conditioning, Mechanical Systems Week (Comfortech) Show/Conference, The Coal Prep Show (with CPSA), Transmission & Distribution World (T&DW), T&D World Russian Edition, The Lineman's Rodeo (with ILRA), T&D University and SmartEnergyPortal.net.

Reinhard has a proven track record with over two decades of launching businesses, leading teams and developing new products in technology industries. Most recently, she served as Vice President, Business Development & Product Management in the Mobile and Solar sectors for GT Advanced Technologies, a company with $700m in annual revenue. Previously, Reinhard held roles running the China business for NAVTEQ, a division of Nokia, and was Head of Global Product Management for Motorola.
