People's United Bank Welcomes Ken Jamison As Managing Director Of Loan Syndications

BRIDGEPORT, Conn., April 24, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- People's United Bank today announced that Ken Jamison has joined the bank as Managing Director of Loan Syndications, responsible for growing the Bank's capital markets and loan syndication capabilities across the Bank's Northeast footprint.

Jamison brings more than 15 years of banking experience to his role, including debt structuring in a wide variety of industries as well as expertise in corporate finance and loan distribution.  In addition, he led the formation of First Niagara Bank's capital markets team.

Previously, Jamison was Managing Director of Capital Markets at First Niagara Bank, overseeing Middle Market loan syndications and sponsor finance businesses, as well as the credit portfolio of corporate term loans. Jamison also spent eight years at National City Bank as a Senior Vice President in the Transportation and Equipment Group.

The creation of the People's United Loan Syndications Team complements the Bank's other Capital Markets products, including those related to Interest Rate Derivatives and Foreign Exchange.
