Peptide Tracker Rolls Out Major Update Wave: Split Dosing, Custom Compound Library, and Personalized Organization Tools
LOS ANGELES, Sept. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Peptide Tracker, the free peptide protocol tracking app for iOS and Android, today announced a series of updates (v2.15.0 through v2.17.0) that give users more precise dosing tools, a fully custom compound library, and new ways to organize their stack.

Key Features
Guided Protocol and Supply Setup (v2.15.0) When setting up a protocol, the app now asks how a dose is measured and only shows the matching units, preventing mix-ups between drug amount and syringe marks. Users can also split a dose across two vials when a single vial doesn't hold enough liquid. The app walks users through drawing from each vial with its own syringe markings, and the dose history log reflects the split accurately going forward.
Custom Compounds (v2.15.0) Custom compounds now live in Settings under Profile. Users can rename, edit, half-life, add notes, delete, or build a new compound from scratch, including blends of up to five components. Compound search also improved, matching names like "SS-31" or "AOD-9604" regardless of hyphenation.
Actual-Day Dose History (v2.15.0) The dose history calendar now places each dose on the day it was actually taken, not the day it was scheduled. Doses logged after midnight count toward the prior evening, with a faint marker showing the original planned date. Users can move a dose to a different day directly from the log.
Restore and Resume (v2.16.0) Users can now restore a discarded vial or supply from its detail screen, undoing accidental discards without affecting logged doses. Ended protocols can also be moved back to paused status and resumed at any time.
Protocol Colors and Custom Week Start (v2.17.0) Users can assign each protocol its own color from eight options, making it easier to tell protocols apart across Today, Stack, and dose history views. Active protocols can also be reordered, with the chosen order staying consistent app-wide. Users can also choose whether their week starts on Sunday or Monday, a change particularly useful outside the U.S.
