PeptidePrices Publishes Peptide Market Intelligence Index Covering 100+ Vendors, 3,200+ Listings and 112,000+ Public COA Records
The index brings up-to-date price comparison, seller-market mapping and transparent public laboratory testing evidence together for researchers.
BOSTON, Sept. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- PeptidePrices today announced the publication of its Peptide Market Intelligence Index, bringing 103 vendor profiles, 3,294 in-stock listings across 83 compounds and a public laboratory-testing database containing 112,713 distinct certificate records into one research platform.
The online research peptide market is highly fragmented. Prices, available quantities, vendor information and laboratory documents are often published across separate storefronts and source systems. PeptidePrices organizes those records so researchers can compare vendor options without rebuilding the market one website at a time.
PeptidePrices uses automated price-refresh infrastructure and displays a check date on each listing. Users can compare public list prices, package quantities and availability, then review vendor profiles, published reviews and public testing links before choosing which option to investigate further.
PeptidePrices has also compiled a substantial public database of Certificates of Analysis, commonly called COAs. A COA is a laboratory report describing the results for a specific submitted sample. Researchers use these reports to examine information such as the tested compound, reported purity or quantity, test date and issuing laboratory when those fields are available.
The PeptidePrices database contains more than 112,000 distinct certificate records and includes laboratory-issued evidence attributed to 17 named laboratories. Named laboratory sources matter because they give researchers an original record against which a report number and reported result can be checked. PeptidePrices keeps laboratory records separate from copies published by vendors or third-party websites.
The public COA Checker helps users trace supported certificate details to available public laboratory sources. A matching laboratory record can corroborate the certificate record.
The fragmentation of the market as a whole extends beyond the 103 vendors currently organized in PeptidePrices. In a separate study, PeptidePrices mapped 995 storefront domains. Together, those domains represented 47,750,538 estimated visits from May through July 2026. The ten largest accounted for only 18.381% of estimated visits inside the covered panel. That long tail is why a centralized index matters: researchers otherwise have to locate and interpret pricing, availability, vendor information and laboratory records across hundreds of separate sites.
The market's visible online footprint is also changing quickly. Public registration dates were resolved for 904 of the domains as of Aug. 22, 2026. Among those domains, 465, or 51.4%, were less than one year old, and 654, or 72.3%, were registered in 2025 or 2026. The figures describe current domain registrations rather than operator age.
"The peptide market has become a maze of prices, vendors and testing documents," said Jack Ryan, who co-founded PeptidePrices with Jack Hauck. "PeptidePrices brings that information into one index so researchers can compare options, see when pricing was checked and understand where public laboratory evidence came from."
