PITTSBURGH, Nov. 27, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Lincoln Park Performing Arts Charter School has begun a search for a new chief executive officer.
LPPACS is located in Midland, Pa., 45 minutes west of Pittsburgh. The announcement and full job description for the CEO position are posted on the school's website, www.lppacs.org, according to LPPACS Board President Chris Shovlin.
Shovlin said qualified applicants may send requested documentation to the board secretary, Mrs. Jean Grafton, Lincoln Park Performing Arts Charter School, One Lincoln Way, Midland, PA 15059.

The Lincoln Park Performing Arts Charter School is a Pennsylvania public school providing a state-approved academic program and pre-professional training for grades 7-12 in music, theater, dance, creative writing, health science arts and media arts. The school currently enrolls more than 600 students from 58 surrounding school districts.
Founded in 2006, LPPACS is housed within the Lincoln Park Performing Arts Center, a $30 million, state-of-the-art performance, educational and training facility. A regional asset, the Center is operated by a nonprofit organization, providing a venue for arts education and for student, community and professional public stage productions.
