LOS ANGELES, May 25, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Perla Global Capital Advisors is pleased to announce Joint Venture Agreement with Impulsora Inmobiliaria De Acapulco S.A. de C.V. and Afix Confianza S.A.P.I. de C.V. collectively the Mexican Trust parties (the "Fideicomiso"). Mr. Fernando Serrano, Managing Director has been appointed Board Member, Chief Strategist and Director of World Capital Markets. Under the Joint Venture Agreement, the Fideicomiso entities requires capitalization of $240 Million USD for the Bosques De Acapulco EcoTourism Destination, designed for 18 hole golf course, 711 Villas, Boutique Branded Hotel, Commercial Center, Medical Clinic & Spa. Perla Global Capital Advisors holds 20% equity interest plus profit participation.
