This immersive seasonal campaign, running now through August 31, 2025, invites active members to complete 10 sessions in 30 days for a chance to win a year of unlimited sauna sessions. The Challenge is free to join and designed to help members stay grounded and consistent in their self-care rituals, despite the heat, travel or busy schedules.

Summer Ritual Challenge Details & Rules:

The Summer Ritual Challenge is open to all active members and can be joined via either the Perspire 2.0 App or in-person at participating studios.
Members who complete 10 sessions within 30 days can submit their story via this form: 2025 Summer Ritual Challenge Survey.
Members are to complete 10 sessions and submit their story within 30 days of registering. If a member registers short of 30 days, they must complete the 10 sessions and submit their story by August 31, 2025.
Participants must have active paying memberships. Package holders are not eligible for registration for the Challenge.
Members can visit any participating Perspire Sauna Studio to complete their challenge sessions.
