COSTA MESA, Calif., Feb. 13, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Perspire Sauna Studio (Perspire), the country's largest full-spectrum infrared (IR) and red-light (RL) sauna therapy franchise, is excited to announce plans to expand its California footprint with four separate franchise agreements bringing more than a dozen new studios across the state. With 17 studios already open in the brand's home-state, these deals will bring a total of 13 additional locations to the greater San Francisco Bay area, San Diego, and Pasadena.

San Diego Developments
Among the new franchise owners in San Diego is Jing He, a first-generation American from China who first came to the U.S. for school in 2007. After spending over a decade pursuing a career in accounting and finance, He sought a change where she could build her own schedule and better support her young family. She decided franchising was the best next step for her career, ultimately signing a 3-unit deal with Perspire.

Also in San Diego, franchise owner Kiki Barnes plans to bring another five studios to the area, targeting the coastal regions of Carlsbad down through La Jolla for her development. Barnes, a former Perspire employee, came to the health and wellness industry after a nearly 20-year career in cinematic marketing and graphic design.

"After leaving that busy lifestyle behind, I decided to focus on my passion: optimizing the health of myself and my family. Coming to Perspire to relax and detox from daily stress plays a huge part in that goal," Barnes said. Growth in Los Angeles & Northern California
In the Los Angeles market, Daughters del Fuego LLC signed a 3-unit development deal, with site selection currently underway in Pasadena, Northeast Los Angeles (Silverlake/Los Feliz), and Hancock Park for their studios. The group behind the deal are longtime best friends, who discovered the benefits of infrared saunas while one of their parents was recovering from surgery.

In Northern California, a franchise agreement with a longtime fitness instructor and experienced C-suite marketing executive will bring two new Perspire Sauna Studios to the San Francisco Bay area.
