Philip Grice Joins Braun Intertec in Texas City

MINNEAPOLIS, Nov. 8, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Braun Intertec, a Minneapolis-based engineering, consulting and testing firm, is pleased to announce Philip Grice has joined its Gulf Coast operations as Principal and Area Leader. As an operations leader, Mr. Grice brings decades of experience in the geotechnical, materials testing, environmental, and deep foundations testing fields working with commercial, municipal, transportation, industrial, petrochemical and energy clients along the Gulf Coast of Texas and Louisiana.

For the past 25 years, Mr. Grice has managed a variety of large project teams along the Gulf Coast, including organization and operation of a materials testing team for the recent $9 billion Sasol LCCP project in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Mr. Grice brings technical expertise in treatability studies, quality control, and inspection services for geotechnical construction alternatives and geo-environmental remediation projects. He also has in-depth knowledge of cementitious and polymer concrete, deep foundations, earthwork, and quality control planning and implementation.

Most recently, Mr. Grice served as Senior Vice President of Tolunay-Wong Engineers, where he was instrumental in growing the firm from a single office in Houston to a consulting firm with multiple locations throughout Texas and Louisiana serving clients in the commercial, municipal, petrochemical and energy sectors.
