Pie Eating for Charity at Copthorne Hotel Merry Hill-Dudley

LONDON, March 3, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- On Thursday 24 March Copthorne Hotel Merry Hill-Dudley, part of Millennium & Copthorne UK Hotels, will be hosting a pie eating competition in conjunction with pie supplier 'Pieminster', to raise money for the Dudley Group of Hospitals charity.

To be held in the Earls Suite of the hotel at 7pm, registered teams of four will choose one team member to take part in the contest.  Participants must finish one pie - either a Pieminster Moo steak and ale pie or vegetarian pie, using a fork with one arm held behind their back.  The first to finish will win a three month leisure club membership to Le Club Health & Fitness, within the hotel. All other entrants will receive a free day pass. Following the contest, everyone will be treated to a complimentary pie and mash meal, and a quiz will take place.
