Pink OTC Markets Announces Shareholder Approval of Name Change to 'OTC Markets Group Inc.'

NEW YORK, Nov. 30, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Pink OTC Markets Inc. (OTCQX: PINK) announced today that its shareholders voted to change the Company's name to "OTC Markets Group Inc."  The Company's Board of Directors previously approved the name change and called for today's shareholder vote.
