Pinnacle retained its number one spot with 183,877 total units managed as of January, 2010.
The National Multi Housing Council has been compiling its list of top 50 managers since 1990. The Washington D.C. based organization supports promotion of the apartment industry's growth and positive public image and works with federal, state and local government to help shape industry legislation.
