Pinnacle Bank Appoints Patty Filice to Board of Directors
GILROY, Calif., Dec. 7, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Pinnacle Bank (OTCQX:PBNK), headquartered in Gilroy announced today that Patty Filice has been appointed to its Board of Directors.

Patty was an original shareholder of the bank and became a member of the Bank's South County Advisory Board in 2010. In 2016, she became chair of the newly formed Morgan Hill Advisory Board. Patty is a highly successful realtor which has afforded her the opportunity to entrench herself in both the south county and San Jose markets. Ms. Filice grew up on a sheep and wheat ranch in Willows, California. She graduated from UC Davis with a degree in Food Science and Technology and then moved to Gilroy (where she still resides) to be a Production Manager for Gilroy Foods. After 5 years Ms. Filice went into real estate due to a desire to own her own business. She has been a real estate broker for 32 years, specializing in residential real estate sales and development. Ms. Filice currently works for Intero Real Estate Services in Morgan Hill. She closed the very first sale when Intero was formed in 2002. Ms. Filice is consistently in the top 5% of agents for the entire company. Ms. Filice has two grown daughters, Doreen and Montina. Ms. Filice is a past Board of Governor and current member of the Silicon Valley Capital Club, an Emeritus Member of the Gilroy Foundation Board, a member of the Gilroy Assistance League and a past Advisory Board and Committee Chairman for the Gilroy Garlic Festival. She has chaired multiple events including Gilroy Foundation's "Day in the Country" three times.
