
Pinnacle Names New Vice President of Compliance and Internal Audit
DALLAS, May 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Pinnacle, an international real estate management firm and the nation's largest third party manager of multifamily real estate, has named Deanne Davis vice president of Compliance and Internal Audit. Davis will be based in Orlando, Florida and will oversee Crest Compliance and internal audit.
"Deanne will bring focus, discipline, process and rigor to our compliance and internal audit disciplines based upon her twenty five years of experience in multifamily," said Pinnacle Chief Administrative Officer Ed Wolff. "She will be instrumental in taking us to the next level."
Davis comes to Pinnacle from Riverstone Residential, where she was Executive Vice President of Compliance, responsible for the oversight of affordable housing compliance, audits and investigations, and regulatory and licensing for over thirty thousand affordable housing units in twenty three states. In addition to the monitoring of all files, her department was responsible for reporting and compliance requirements with all federal, state and local housing agencies. Prior to Riverstone, she held executive positions with Banyan and Johnstown Lane.
Davis received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University and holds thirteen federal certifications, including HCCP, NCPe, C3P, TaCCs, as well as twenty three state certifications.
