Bieber was arrested in the early morning hours of Thursday, January 23 in Miami, Florida for driving under the influence, resisting arrest and other charges. It is also rumored that he is facing deportation since he is not a U.S. citizen. Mr. Caruso commented that "he made several mistakes in addition to the violations.
