Pizza and a Place for People Who Love People Opening Next Month in Preston Hollow Village: MidiCi - The Neapolitan Pizza Company
DALLAS, Jan. 2, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- MidiCi; means "you tell me" in Italian. It's also the name of Preston Hollow Village's newest eatery. The authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas are as good as the wine (and specialty cocktail!) list and the comfortable vibe that welcomes guests to linger and strike up a conversation. But that doesn't mean you can't bring the kids for a quick dinner or stop in for a power lunch for less than 10 bucks – because the "you tell me" goes further than just pizza toppings.
"People want to be in control of their experience and that's why MidiCi is so special," says Michele Martin, MidiCi Preston Hollow Village's franchise owner. "It can be whatever you want. You can get in and out for a fast, delicious lunch or you can sit for a while talking over wine."
To sum up the focus at MidiCi - The Neapolitan Pizza Company, diners need only to look up at the focal wall. It proudly tells the story: "People are the best thing that can happen to anyone." Well. That...and a really great pizza. And really great pizza is one thing MidiCi does very well.
Slated to open in mid-January, MidiCi - Preston Hollow will serve authentic Neapolitan Pizza, famous for chewy and crisp dough topped with all-natural ingredients, cooked to perfection in an Acunto oven shipped from Italy. They will also serve burrata, salads, calzones, authentic Italian gelato and their famous Nutella® calzone. The wood-fire roasted coffee is rich, craft beer is selected by a certified cicerone (beer chef) and the wine and cocktail selections reflect a mix of American classics, flavors of Italy and local staples – all with pizza pairing in mind.
Located on the ground floor of the Douglas luxury apartment building, across from Orangetheory Fitness, MidiCi is situated just north of University Park. The up-and-coming Preston Hollow Village area offers the convenience and vibe (and amazing shopping and dining!) of downtown Dallas without all the traffic.
The creators of MidiCi envisioned a place where people could meet for an amazing meal, sit back and relax, connect and be social (with or without the media). A place where the soul and the senses are fed as well as the body. MidiCi certainly delivers.
