A total of $33.5 billion was raised in 647 transactions through the third quarter of 2018. Of this amount, 4 transactions totaling $13.6 million have been announced but not yet closed as of 10/22/2018. Deal volume is up 3% (629 deals through Q3 in 2017) and dollar volume increased 51% ($22.2B through Q3 in 2017).
