Planet Fitness Supports Contestants of "The Biggest Loser" With "The Biggest Supporter" Sweepstakes on Twitter and Instagram

NEWINGTON, N.H., Jan. 8, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- As the proud gym sponsor of NBC's hit show The Biggest Loser, Planet Fitness, the innovative health club franchise known for its Judgement Free Zone® and affordable prices, is hosting "The Biggest Supporter" sweepstakes on Twitter and Instagram to show its support for contestants on the show. As part of the sweepstakes, from today through January 24, Planet Fitness is encouraging all Biggest Loser fans to tweet or post messages of support for their favorite contestant and use the hashtag #PFBiggestSupporter for the chance to win a variety of prizes.

Every time the hashtag #PFBiggestSupporter is used, Planet Fitness will count it as one pound of support for The Biggest Loser contestants. Planet Fitness hopes to get "one ton" of support by the end of the promotion.

Four lucky fans who participate in the sweepstakes will be randomly selected to win the grand prize, which includes tickets to The Biggest Loser season finale in Los Angeles on February 4, 2014 for themselves and a guest, round trip airfare, accommodations at The Mondrian Los Angeles and a Hollywood Tour. Additionally, 25 people will receive a "Pound of Support Pack" which includes a Planet Fitness t-shirt, a free 3-month membership to Planet Fitness, and other prizes.
