DALLAS, Oct. 10, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Add some Brazilian flair to a holiday party this year and earn gift certificates towards a future event or visit with Texas de Brazil's holiday planning incentive. Those booking a new holiday gathering for 15 or more guests now have until October 31 to reserve an event held between November 25, 2017 – January 31, 2018 to receive a $50 gift certificate for every $500 spent (excluding tax and gratuity) at any of Texas de Brazil's 44 domestic locations.
"Churrasco is meant to be shared with family and friends, and our Latin roots embrace this idea," says Salim Asrawi, COO of the family-owned Brazilian-American steakhouse brand. "The rodizio-style service provided in each of our entertaining and beautiful restaurants makes it easy to satisfy many tastes, so party planners can feel confident that every guest will find plenty of delicious options to enjoy during their holiday celebration," he adds.
Each guest's dining experience begins at a lavish salad area filled with freshly made dishes, both hot and cold, including favorites such as lobster bisque and coconut fish stew (Moqueca), traditional rice and beans and potatoes au gratin, or charcuterie and imported cheeses, Brazilian hearts of palm, pineapple carpaccio and vegetable couscous. The full rodizio-style menu also features a parade of freshly-grilled meats cooked the authentic Brazilian gaucho way --over open flame using natural wood charcoal resulting in deeper, more intense flavor and just the right amount of smokiness. Guests pace the gaucho's service with a simple flip of a red and green disc. Green indicates when additional servings are welcome while red indicates a break is needed. Tempting choices include succulent lamb chops, leg of lamb, picanha (sirloin), filet mignon, chicken breasts wrapped in bacon, Brazilian sausages and more served by costumed gauchos, tableside.
Hours and group accommodations vary by location. Gift certificates totals are based upon final payment. Visit www.texasdebrazil.com for complete details.
