
Platinum Control Technologies Names Kirk Branom Senior Vice President/Development
FORT WORTH, Texas, Dec. 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Mr. Kirk Branom has joined Fort Worth, Texas-based Platinum Control Technologies as Senior Vice President of Development. He will be responsible for implementing Platinum's product development plan.

Mr. Branom joins the company from Valerus, where he served as vice president of Northern U.S. Operations.
Prior to joining Valerus, Mr. Branom spent the majority of his career at Natco, starting as a sales and equipment technician in 1980. In 1982, he was promoted to service manager and relocated to Evanston, Wyoming to direct the company's technical assistance program. He returned to Utah in 1986 when he was promoted to sales and service center manager.
During his tenure with Natco, Mr. Branom rose through the company ranks, in positions of increasing scope and responsibility. He held the position of senior branch manager and northwest regional operations manager, responsible for numerous branches located in the northwest United States. In 1999, his responsibilities doubled when he was named senior regional manager of the northern United States, where he directed 16 branch locations.
In 2004, he was promoted to vice president of U.S. branch operations, responsible for 32 branch locations. In 2009, after Natco was acquired by Cameron, Mr. Branom was named regional operations manager of northern United States/Canada, directing operations for 18 U.S. branches and five Canadian branches.
