The property had previously been listed for as much as $3.5 million, but will now sell to the highest bidder above the auction's reserve price of $1.65 million. Miami-based Platinum Luxury Auctions, one of the nation's premier auction firms for the sale of multi-million-dollar properties, was retained by the estate's owner to conduct the sale. Platinum is working in cooperation with Georgia listing brokerage Georgia Land and Farms LLC, represented by listing agent Nick Cassini, for the sale.
