Platinum Luxury Auctions Prepares for Second Auction in John's Island

VERO BEACH, Fla., Feb. 5, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- On March 14, 2014, Miami-based Platinum Luxury Auctions will be conducting another luxury real estate auction within the John's Island community in Vero Beach, Florida. Although such auctions have previously been an extreme rarity within the gates of this storied luxury enclave, this will mark Platinum's second auction there within the past ten months.

In April 2013, Platinum successfully sold a waterfront estate in the Gem Island section of John's Island for more than $5.2 million, creating one of only several residential sales above the $5 million mark within the entire Vero Beach marketplace in 2013. The upcoming auction will be conducted in cooperation with listing brokerage Treasure Coast Sotheby's International Realty, represented by listing agent David Ashcroft.
