Platte River Equity Announces the Sale of Profile Products LLC to Incline Equity Partners

DENVER, Jan. 10, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Platte River Equity ("Platte River") is pleased to announce the sale of its portfolio company, Profile Products LLC ("Profile Products" or the "Company'), to Incline Equity Partners ("Incline").

Profile Products, headquartered in Buffalo Grove, IL, is a manufacturer and solutions provider in the erosion control, soil amendment and horticulture markets. The Company's core products, hydraulic mulch, biotic soil, calcined clay and wood fiber horticulture growing substrate, are sold to the private and civil construction, sports field, energy, mining, golf course and horticulture end markets.
