Platts Global Energy Outlook Forum Welcomes Breitling Energy's Chris Faulkner as Panel Moderator

DALLAS, Dec. 12, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Breitling Energy chief executive officer Chris Faulkner will moderate a panel at Platts Global Energy Outlook Forum on December 12, 2013.   Following the Forum, Breitling Energy leadership will join other business executives and energy experts at the Platts 2013 Global Energy Awards to honor companies and individuals who consistently set high standards of excellence within the energy industry. Breitling Energy is a finalist for E&P Company of the Year and Mr. Faulkner is a finalist for CEO of the Year.

The Platts Global Energy Outlook Forum provides a platform for critical debate around issues facing the energy industry, with an emphasis on worldwide supply, demand, and sustainability. Mr. Faulkner will lead the discussion "Midstream Gathers Momentum," which will explore the midstream expansion in the United States and transportation methods to move oil and gas during the American energy boom.

"American oil and gas production is surging and midstream transportation is vital to move the product to market," said Faulkner. "Considering much of our production is coming from areas that have limited production, this discussion will be vital in order to address this growing concern."

Mr. Faulkner will lead a one-hour panel discussion with Charif Souki, CEO of Cheneire Energy and Adam Sieminski, Administrator of the Energy Information Administration.  The discussion will take place at 2pm at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York, NY.

Mr. Faulkner serves as an advisor to the ECF Asia Shale Committee and sits on the Board of Directors for the North Texas Commission. He has been featured in numerous media outlets, including Reuters, Bloomberg, Financial Times, US News & World Report, FOX Business News and CNBC.
