PlumChoice Awarded U.S. Patent for Integrated Remote/Retail Technical Support Solution

SANTA CLARA, Calif., June 8 /PRNewswire/ -- CONNECTIONS™ Digital Living Conference -- PlumChoice today announced it has been granted a U.S. Patent describing a method for distributing remote technical support via a centralized service.  The patent, announced today at the Parks Associates CONNECTIONS™ Digital Living Conference in Santa Clara, California, details an innovative use of remote services to supply groups of retail stores or other locations with technology services, thereby enabling the delivery of higher quality, more reliable and overall lower cost services.

PlumChoice's new patent demonstrates how the company is setting the stage for an industry-changing redefinition of the technology care category.  The company currently has other patent applications in process to support this major initiative and anticipates further announcements in the future.
