Dan Zylkowski joins PMB as Director of Construction. With 15 years of experience managing construction projects totaling over $480 million dollars, his tenure includes estimating & preconstruction, seismic renovations and tenant improvements in occupied buildings and running major projects with an emphasis in design-build delivery. A graduate of Oregon State University, he holds both a Master of Business and Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Management. Mr. Zylkowski will spearhead the construction management of PMB's development projects in the Pacific Northwest. Mr. Zylkowski shares, "I'm thrilled to be joining the PMB team and contributing to its mission of improving healthcare and our local communities. I look forward to helping expand our impact across the Pacific Northwest and beyond."
At PMB's home office in San Diego, Natasha Black joins the PMB and PMB Real Estate Services team as Office Manager. Ms. Black brings nearly 5 years of experience providing administrative management to multiple firms. In addition to both a Bachelor's in Arts and Sociology and a Certificate in Technology management from the University of California Santa Barbara, Natasha is also fluent in French. Ms. Black will provide invaluable impact to the team and infrastructure of PMB and PMB Real Estate Services.
