PNK Group Leases Industrial Building to ModCorr in Allenwood, Pennsylvania

ALLENWOOD, Pa., July 21, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- PNK Group has signed a long-term lease agreement with ModCorr, LLC for a 252,282-square-foot industrial facility located at 89 Enterprise Blvd, Allenwood, Pennsylvania within PNK Park Allenwood at Great Stream Commons. The transaction was facilitated by brokerage firm Lee & Associates. As part of the transaction, ModCorr, LLC, a manufacturing company specializing in the rapid delivery and installation of modular units, will occupy the building known as PNK Allenwood 4.

PNK Allenwood 4, was designed by PNK Group to meet the modern demands of manufacturing operations. Located just six miles from Interstate 80, the site offers fast access to major transportation routes, including I-80, I-180, and Route 15, providing optimal connectivity throughout the region. The property is situated within the Great Stream Commons industrial park in Union County.
