Point 41 Capital Partners and Management Recapitalize Safe-Way Garage Doors to Support the Company's Next Phase of Growth
GREENWICH, Conn., Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Point 41 Capital Partners ("Point 41"), a middle-market private equity firm, today announced a partnership with Safe-Way Garage Doors, LLC ("Safe-Way" or the "Company"), acquiring the Company from CW Industrial Partners ("CWI") and partnering with management to support Safe-Way's next phase of growth. Terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
