Poker Pro Europe has been named the official magazine of this year's paddypowerpoker.com Irish Open in Dublin and plans a huge presence at the April event, one of the most anticipated poker tournaments on the yearly schedule.
The paddypowerpoker.com Irish Open is Europe's longest-running major tournament and Poker Pro Europe (pokerproeurope.co.uk ) is the acknowledged leader in poker publishing, so the match looks like a winner.

The big event is sponsored by paddypowerpoker.com and will be held at the Burlington Hotel on 2-5 April. In addition to the EUR3,200+EUR300 main event, there will be a super satellite on 1 April, a pot-limit Omaha championship on 3-4 April, a ladies' event, a EUR1,500 no-limit hold'em freezeout and a scalps event; something for everyone.
The partnership gives the magazine exclusive rights to distribute magazines at the event and exclusive coverage of the festival. In addition, the new paddypowerpoker.com Irish Open champion will be the magazine's cover story in the month following the festival.
Poker Pro Europe plans to print thousands of extra copies exclusively for the paddypowerpoker.com Irish Open and the magazine's promotional models will ensure that everyone at the venue gets a copy. The magazine's display at the Burlington is expected to be "autograph central" and the event will be actively promoted on pokerproeurope.co.uk.
