The 21-day plan gives guests three weeks of daily lunch and dinner menu ideas including Pollo Tropical favorites – such as its signature grilled chicken, roast pork, soups, wraps, salads, sandwiches and unique variety of made-from-scratch side dishes – with total calories ranging from 800 to just over 1,000 for both lunch and dinner combined. The plan, developed by Pollo Tropical chefs in collaboration with registered dietician Joanne "Dr. Jo" Lichten, Ph.D., also offers ideas for healthy breakfasts and snacks, plus tips for general healthy eating, stress management and exercise.
