POOPH® Cites Quality-Control Issues in Supplier Termination

DALLAS, Oct. 1, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- POOPH®, Inc. terminated ONM, one of its suppliers and a subsidiary of BioLargo Inc., pursuant to Section 8.2(b) of the parties' contract, due to ONM's failure to deliver products as required under their agreement. On September 11, 2025, POOPH®, Inc. filed a verified complaint against ONM in the Superior Court of California, Orange County, citing ONM's pattern of quality control failures, including its use of incorrect bottles and delivery of substandard products with poorly affixed labels, leaking bottles, and malfunctioning sprayers.
