DALLAS, April 9, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, Poo~Pourri, the brand known for its highly effective, original before-you-go toilet spray, announces its entry into antibacterial products with Poo~Pourri Hand Sanitizer. The first shipment of the 2oz spray, made with CDC compliant 65% ethyl alcohol and pure essential oils, is available today on PooPourri.com via a three pack ($14.85) and co-branded bundles. Individual bottles (suggested retail, $4.99) are also offered in store at HEB and Wegmans locations with additional national retail stores including Walgreens, True Value, Kroger and more hitting shelves by mid-April.
We applaud the companies who are going the route of donating supplies to those on the front lines. We also heard the concern and dire need from the general public to access anti-bacterial products for their own safety, which led us to create a multi-pronged strategy that includes both give-back and general public availability. Since late February, Poo~Pourri has worked with vendors and pulled over one million bottles from its planned toilet spray production to accelerate a permanent line extension into antibacterial products, originally planned for Fall 2020.
