With a proven track record of transforming, optimizing, and scaling operations across both high-growth organizations and Fortune 500 enterprises, Dogadalski will play a key role in expanding Porter's operational capacity, geographic footprint, and process throughput.

J. Michael Patrella also brings 30 years of experience across multiple sectors of the healthcare industry in operational leadership and consulting roles. He previously served as Senior Director of Clinical Operations at Homebase Medical and as Director of Risk Adjustment and Gaps-in-Care Services at ExamOne by Quest Diagnostics. Patrella is committed to shaping the future of patient-centered care through operational excellence, high-performance teams, and a focus on collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement.

Eric Hedrick has 14 years of experience developing advanced analytic solutions in healthcare. He previously served as Vice President of Clinical Transformation at Datalink, Vice President of Analytics at Advantamed, and Director of Provider/ACO Solutions at Pulse8. Most recently, his work has focused on seamlessly integrating social determinants of health (SDOH) and population health initiatives into data-driven care strategies, as well as developing innovative targeting and member cohorting logic.
