PostcardMania Ranks Top Ten for Tampa Bay Top Workplaces Based on Positive Anonymous Employee Feedback

CLEARWATER, Fla., April 28, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- PostcardMania, the $119 million marketing technology firm with over 390 staff, has earned another Tampa Bay Area Top Workplaces Award for the 12th time, stretching back to 2013. This year, PostcardMania achieved its highest ranking yet, in 10th place out of 40 on the list of medium-size businesses with between 150 and 499 employees.

The Tampa Bay Times Top Workplace rankings are based on anonymous employee feedback gathered through a third-party employee engagement survey administered by Energage. The confidential survey has been taken by more than 20 million employees nationwide over the award's 16-year history and uniquely measures employee experience, including employees feeling respected and supported, enabled to grow, and empowered to execute, to name a few.

In addition to local recognition, PostcardMania also earned national recognition with a prestigious 2025 USA TODAY National Top Workplaces award. These rankings are based on the same survey, but competition is based on a broader, nationwide level. This marks the fifth time PostcardMania has earned its place on the nationwide rankings.

Some of the positive traits PostcardMania employees noted on their surveys included the absence of office politics (which is a strict company policy), career growth opportunities, a fun positive environment, and a charity focus that allows employees to participate in volunteer days. Some of these charity events include visiting nursing homes, organizing hurricane clean-ups, participating in blood drives, supporting animal rescues, and more.

Happy staff are also staying longer — in 2022, 26% of staff were employed for 5 years or more, a figure that increased to 29% in 2025, a 12% boost. Also in 2022, 12% of staff were employed for 10 years. Today, 16% of staff are employed for 10 years or more, an increase of 33%.

In addition, the number of long-term employees who have stayed with the company five years or longer is still in the triple digits, reaching 173 staff, up from 101 staff last year, as about one-third of all staff have been with the company for half a decade or more. Sixty-one staff, or 16% of PostcardMania's entire workforce, have been with the company 10 years or more.
