The SEC Institute will operate as a division of PLI. PLI will bring The SEC Institute's same innovative training and expert faculty to accountants, auditors, attorneys, and other related professionals, including the SEC Reporting Skills Workshop, the Advanced Accounting & Reporting Workshop for SEC Professionals, and the Annual SEC Reporting & FASB Forum among others. For over 30 years, The SEC Institute has been a leader in SEC compliance and financial reporting and accounting education, helping professionals in public companies across the United States and abroad comply with the filing requirements of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Carol A. Stacey and George M.
