Preleasing Begins at Crescent Cool Springs

NASHVILLE, Tenn., June 24, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Preleasing has begun at Crescent Cool Springs, a 252-unit multifamily community that will give Nashville's historic Franklin suburb a luxury apartment living option designed to foster a live-work-play balance through its carefully selected location, amenities and features.

Construction financing for Crescent Cool Springs is provided by Fifth Third Bank, and Summit Contractors is the general contractor. Concept design was provided by Historical Concepts. The architect for Crescent Cool Springs is Cline Design, and the civil engineer is Littlejohn Engineering. Interior design is by Vignette Interior Design.
