Premier Tech increases its presence in Europe

RIVIÈRE-DU-LOUP, QC, Oct. 3, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - Premier Tech is pleased to announce that its Environmental Technologies Group is entering the United Kingdom and Ireland market for wastewater treatment. This will be done through the acquisition of a 70% participation in Conder Solutions Limited, from Ireland-based Electrical Pump and Services Limited (EPS). A long-time partner of Premier Tech, Conder is specialized in water and wastewater products. Its head office is located in Peterlee, United Kingdom. This joint venture between Premier Tech and EPS will from now on operate under the name Conder Aqua Solutions.

With this transaction, Premier Tech adds the expertise of some 83 people to its team and strengthens the commercial position of its Environmental Technologies Group on the European market. Conder Aqua Solutions will have the mandate to deploy its existing products as well as those of Premier Tech in the water and wastewater industry under the Conder and Bison brands, in both the United Kingdom and Ireland market place.
